Message	1) Is the hose on the top, outside of the tank that goes to the carbon canister accessible from the top without having to drop the fuel tank? 2) Is the hose from the top that goes to the filler neck also accessible without the tank being dropped if that hose needs to be changed? 3) The little smaller hose on the inside, top portion of the tank (1:53 mark in the video) the one that goes to the roll over check valve and to the carbon canister, is it possible to change that? It doesn't seem like that is accessible from the outside unless its accessible with the fuel pump removed.
